Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful Content and Rights

Submit only material you are entitled to share and have reviewed for private or restricted information. This includes rights in recordings, compositions, samples, beats, artwork, names, and performances. Do not upload stolen tracks, leaked recordings, malware, illegal material, or material whose review would violate a confidentiality agreement.

Do not impersonate an artist, misrepresent your affiliation, publish another person’s private information, or use deceptive synthetic voices, images, or claims to mislead people about identity or endorsement. Artistic expression, profanity, or a controversial viewpoint alone is not necessarily a violation; context and applicable law matter.

2. Respectful Conduct

• No credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, or illegal sexual content. Material involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited.
• No demands for sexual favors, off-platform payments, or personal contact as a condition of fulfilling a paid service.
• No spamming, unsolicited marketing to order participants, or disclosure of private tracks or feedback beyond the permission granted by their owner.
• No false verification evidence, fake accounts, payment fraud, deliberate fulfillment misrepresentations, or attempts to evade an account restriction.

3. Honest Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must reflect a genuine completed-order experience. Do not fabricate reviews, review your own listing through another account, buy favorable ratings, condition an incentive on a positive or negative sentiment, or coordinate misleading attacks on another artist. Disclose a material relationship where required.

You may criticize BeatAdvisor or an artist and share your honest experience. A disagreement with someone’s taste is not proof their review is false. We do not remove reviews merely because they are negative. We may address content that is unlawful, demonstrably deceptive, harassing, unrelated, or exposes private information, without suppressing legitimate criticism.

4. Protect the Service

Do not bypass authorization, collect other users’ private data, share playback tokens, interfere with payments, overload systems, introduce malicious code, or scrape private content. Do not use service content to build an unauthorized music dataset or AI training corpus. Ordinary lawful use, accessibility tools, and rights that cannot legally be restricted remain permitted.

Report a suspected security issue privately to support with a minimal description and reproduction steps. Do not exploit it to access more data, alter payments, or prove impact by harming another person. Do not include secrets or other users’ private files in an initial report.

5. Reports, Enforcement, and Review

Report concerns to support@beatadvisor.com with the relevant profile, order number, or content location and an explanation. Copyright reports have a separate Copyright Policy. For an immediate threat to safety, contact appropriate emergency services; BeatAdvisor is not an emergency service.

Depending on context, we may request clarification, remove or restrict content, pause a listing, restrict an account, or terminate repeated or serious violations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain and allow you to ask support to review the decision. Measures should be proportionate and do not remove lawful refund rights or valid payment claims. We may preserve evidence or make legally required reports without alerting a user where doing so is restricted or unsafe.
